Blogging! I have never even had a conversation with someone who blogs or know anyone who blogs. This should be very interesting. Not only is blogging unfamiliar territory for me, so is poetry. With that said, this current pod will be a challenge for me I'm sure. I am what you would call a "black and white" type of person. Poetry is the farthest thing from black and white. It's all about reading between the lines. I'm looking forward to it! I'm sure we all have plenty on our plates with this week being mid-terms and spring break following it. Hopefully we all have positive outcomes!!
I love blogging! It is a medium to share your thoughts, record observations, jot down ideas. I have three blogs that I use---Pods of Thought is the most active currently. One blog is for my Bible Study notes; another is for personal use--family things, fun being a Mamaw to my two little grandsons, and so forth. I enjoy returning to older posts to jog my memory about past events or little things that I may have forgotten. A nasty comment from someone in my church (ironic, isn't it) and a random unknown person caused me put viewer restrictions on mine. I don't share, except with my family and close friends. I hope you enjoy this new way of journaling your thoughts and comments.
ReplyDeleteBlogging is such a great way to sort through the unknown. I would definitely recommend using the blog to work through your thoughts and questions about the poetry you are reading. Sometimes clearing your head and putting your ideas in writing can actually help you to understand things you may not have realized. Think of blogging as a conversation with yourself if it helps! I wish you a lot of luck, but I bet once you really start blogging you may really enjoy it!
